Systems Support Technician

Support services:

           Computer desktop security, installation, and setup
           Computer desktop and laptop repair
           Computer peripherals installation, setup, and upgrade
           Network troubleshooting support
           Printer installation and repair
           Microsoft applications and administration support
           Software installation and configuration
           Wireless and Wired Network installation, setup, and configuration

Requirements, Skills, and Certifications:

Successfully pass drug and background checks. Dependable transportation.

Ability to use basic computer repair tools, Ability to diagnose, repair, and refurbish desktops, laptops, printers, and communication equipment.

CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, and 1 to 3 years of onsite IT experience.
